CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Excess volatility increases risk further. Be cautious. Past performance is not an indication of future results.

A desk for things that stopped working · Nigeria

This site does one job: it turns «it does not work» into a check you can run. It is an independent set of guides, run by partners of the Exness company. Accounts themselves live on exness.com. This is not the broker, it holds no money, and it has no access to any account.

Every page here answers one shape of question: something refused you, and what do you do next. There is no market commentary, no opinion on what to trade, and no page that ends with an instruction to press a button.

Why a fault desk rather than a course

People arrive at a broker’s screens with a task, not with an evening. What stops them is rarely a concept — it is a refusal with four words in it, an amount that has not appeared, or a document sent back. Those have specific causes, they are documented in advance, and a page that names the check closes them faster than a chapter that explains the theory.

The second reason is cost. A fault met for the first time on a funded account is expensive; the same fault triggered deliberately on a practice account is free. Pages here end by pointing at that.

Method

How a check gets onto a page

It has to be reproducible. A symptom that cannot be produced on purpose on a practice account does not become an entry. That rule alone keeps out most of what circulates as trading folklore.

It has to name a panel. Every check points at something readable — a message, a history row, an instrument specification, a margin figure. «Try again later» is not a check.

It has to survive the record. Where a page describes what a screen shows, the screen and the official exness.com are the authority, not the page. Conditions change; a paragraph written last month does not.

It has to stop at the edge. Where the honest answer is «only support can see this», the page says so and provides what to attach instead of guessing further.

Limits

Eight things this site cannot do

Can it look at your account?

No. No balance, no position, no transfer and no document is visible from here, ever.

Can it release a stuck withdrawal?

No. Transfers move through the Personal Area and the broker’s own support, which runs around the clock.

Can it approve or speed up verification?

No. It can only tell you what the review compares, so that a second attempt is a better one.

Can it reverse an order?

No. A filled order is a completed instruction. What is left is the arithmetic and the setting behind it.

Can it say whether a trade was a good idea?

No. Nothing here is advice aimed at your situation, and no page judges a position.

Would it ever ask for a password?

Never. Anyone requesting one in the name of this site is not connected to it.

Does money pass through this site?

None at any point. Accounts are opened and funded on the official exness.com.

Does an answer here count as permission to trade?

No. Trading is risky and may not be suitable for everyone; the decision and the loss are yours.

Disagreement

When a page and your terminal say different things

The terminal wins, then exness.com, then this page. That order is not modesty — it is how the checks are built. A specification read on your own account at this minute is a fact; a description written for a general reader is a summary of one.

If the difference looks like an error rather than a change, it is worth reporting: the report page takes exactly that, and a corrected line helps the next person arriving with the same screen.

Exness is a global online broker, founded in 2008. Exness is a globally regulated broker, holding multiple licenses from respected financial regulators around the world.

Map

Which page holds which class of fault

Before anything: the six checks, in the order that rules out the cheap causes first, and the urgency sort when the question is how fast this matters.

Access: refused sign-ups, returned documents and reviews that will not end.

Money: the four checkpoints a transfer passes.

Orders: the ticket box by box and the wording of each refusal.

Screens: what a chart hides and which panel outranks it.

Positions: the safeguards and the gap each one leaves, plus the parts that keep moving after the click.

Causes that are not faults: the trading clock, the account under the screen, and the settings people fill in themselves.
